Financing Pre-Qualification Checklist:

Please gather these items to ensure a fast, same-day decision from our local financing partners.

1. Proof of income 

· W-2 Employees: Your two (2) most recent printed paystubs. (Must show year-to-date earnings). 

· Self-Employed / Cash Income: Your last three (3) months of official bank statements showing regular deposits. 

· Fixed Income: Your current year benefit award letter (SSI, Disability, VA Benefits, or Retirement Pension).

2. Proof of Residence (Must be dated within the last 30 days) 

· Utility Bill: Electric, gas, water, internet, or trash bill showing your name and current home address. 

· Lease / Mail: Official rental agreement or a piece of official mail (bank statement, government letter). Note: P.O. Boxes are not accepted by lenders. It must be a physical address.

3. Official Identification & References Driver’s License: 

· A valid, unexpired government-issued ID or Missouri Driver’s License. 

· References: A list of 4 to 6 personal references (friends, family, or coworkers) including their names, phone numbers, and addresses. 

Lenders require these to verify your information.

4. Down Payment: 

Your agreed-upon down payment amount (Cash or Trade)
